Is Lagos, Nigeria a good place to invest?
We do not make investment decisions for any of our clients, hence it will be difficult for us to direct and or influence your investment decisions - one way or the other.
We expect that each client will complete their own due diligence prior to making any investments. So the decision to invest anywhere in Nigeria, Africa, North America and or globally rests with the client.
Once that decision has been made, we will be happy to connect you to applicable resources globally that willl aid the achievement of your dream.
Where is IVPP Located?
Ivory Palaces and Properties is a registered real estate services company located in the United States of America.
We have support centers throughout the US and as such have a national real estate presence.
Currently we have regional representatives with hopes of expanding statewidse.

Who is IVPP best positioned to help?
Whilst we would love to help everyone, our immediate focus is to work with clients from around the globe intending to purchase properties in North America (United States, Canada) and West Africa (Nigeria).

There are legal considerations that clients wanting to make purchases outside of their domicile or country of residence must be mindful of. What additional costs are there after land purchase
Upon successfully paying for your land, you will be issued official receipt and required supporting documentation. There will be additional payments for land allocation, survey and full CoO documentation - most of these are standard Lagos state requirements for land transfer/ownership. Pls reach out to our offices for full details.
Can I make payments for my purchase in Currencies other than Naira?
Yes, our local offices can work out payment arrangement in currencies other than Nigerian Naira for your convenience. We currently support USD, British Pounds and Euros.
