Ivory Palaces and Properties was founded in late 2014 with a single mission: to make buying of land and or building of homes for africans in diaspora affordable, reliable and easy. We started by working with diasporans within the USA to invest locally and expanded globally only after a few short years. To-date, we have helped numerous diasporans to buy properties of their dreams and invest back in their motherland. 

Though we’ve grown since our founding, our philosophy of keeping our promises (trust, affordability, reliability and opportunities) remain at the center of our operations.
